I understand that by taking the P-Shot or O-Shot training, I will be required to license the P-Shot trademark for 12 months. This license allows me to:- Mark the procedure as the P-Shot/O-Shot
- Display the P-Shot/O-Shot trademark on my website.
- Use the P-Shot/O-Shot trademarks in any marketing materials as needed.
Additionally, I acknowledge that my name and information will be sent to Dr. Charles Runels, creator of the P-Shot/O-Shot and trademark owner. I will pay the $97 monthly fee as part of this process directly to the CMA (Cellular Medicine Association).
